But mobility will not let him go so he returns to his main sphere of activity.

2003

After years of planning the time has finally come: The new mobility concept becomes a company. With the founding of Taxmobil GmbH Germany, the project for more effective, affordable mobility has officially started. Over the following years, Bert devotes himself to development and concepting, the start of funding, needs assessments, media presence, and, starting in 2007, the cooperation with renowned institutes, and software development.

2013

Regardless of previous foiled starts, the shareholders place their trust in Bert Neckermann. After the publication of the general assembly results, a third party files a petition in bankruptcy against the Taxmobil AG. Bert faces the fight against the litigation and works towards averting bankruptcy and starting anew from this point forward.

2017

Bert wins the fight against the Taxmobil petition in bankruptcy. As one of only three cases in the Swiss history of law, the litigation is disposed of in its entirety, and Bert Neckermann thereby exonerated. Except time, his investors lose nothing.

2017

After the litigation has been disposed of, new projects are developed based on the remaining options. Using the original Taxmobil technology, the system for the personal security concept NOTI Panic Button is developed. The Taxmobil Support Center is created in Turkey, an emergency call company bought, and NEKON A.S. founded, which has since then transformed into the operational center for the entire Bert Neckermann Group (bn-group).

2018

For Arthur’s Food Company, the new production- and sales Joint Venture AFC – Dr. Oetker in India is just getting started, the NOTI completion and beginning of distribution is nearing, whereas Taxmobil is being reconceptualized as well, and actively searching for reliable and professional partners. Additionally, the preparation for a senior-living concept for European retirees in Turkey will begin. For this, Bert is focusing on professionalizing and expanding the funding part.
